One Word That Describes My 2016

A word to describe 2016 would definitely be BUSY! My family has been so busy with many different activities this year. We had at least 5 church activities a month and if I wasn't with my youth group I was with family or friends ripping the roads. Not to mention all the places we've been to sing. It's just been a non-stop year!        Some very exciting things have happened this past year. One being me finishing one year of my eleventh grade year! Woop Woop!! I start College (somewhat) in January so I'm really excited to see where this next year will take me. All one more step towards my dream, Med-School. 2016 has totally flown by fast though. One minute we were at the beach and the next were playing in the snow. (If you're up North) down here we have what we call Swinter...no snow, and if it does snow it looks like dirt.     With all the intriguing things that happened this year, there was also a lot of downsides to this yea...

5 Things I Love About the Holidays

1.The Food     Alright, so I DO NOT exaggerate when I say FOOD IS LIFE! But there's just something about food during the Holidays that makes it that much more special. It's like the one time of year you have turkey, dressing, and every dessert ever invented in Grandmas kitchen. Guess you could say I gain about 10 pounds around this time of year because of all the cheese cake. 2.The Flavors    Peppermint, Gingerbread, Pumpkin Spice, Chestnut Praline, etc., you name it, usually Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts has it! Although the lines are ALWAYS long, because of us basic white girls, it's definitely worth it. I think my favorite drink will forever be peppermint mocha! It's like a big'ole cup of Christmas. 3.Christmas Lights      I absolutely love, love, love, Christmas lights. I feel like a little baby seeing a fan spin for the first time! (Maybe that's a tweek bit over-exaggerated) But they're amazing, and my family goes to see lights at least 10 ti...

Getting to know Me!

Hey Y'all! I'm Tatum, and this is my blog, 'Magnolia Belle'. Born and raised in North Carolina, I've always had a desire to share my Southern lifestyle with others. So, a little about me: I'm 19 years old. I love singing and writing. God blessed me with an ear for music. I love sharing my style. Modesty is the best policy. Give me Italian food for the rest of my life, and I'll be satisfied! I am currently in my second year of college, but still, have no idea "what I wanna be when I grow up". Photography is a big part of my life, and I love doing it. I have the best parents in the World, a crazy sister, and two brothers. Family means everything to me. As for the name of my blog, "Magnolia Belle", the magnolia is my favourite flower because number one they're common among southern women, and number two they represent nobility and dignity in a lady. Most people describe me as being classy by how I dress and act, and that is where the na...
